Stockholmsbörsen weakly lower Wednesday

The market showed a small loss Wednesday, and OMX Stockholm PI ended the day at 950 points, which is a decline of 0.4 percent.

416 shares showed a gain and 528 showed a loss. 72 shares were unchanged and closed at the same price as the previous day. There was no trading in 66 shares.

Total value of the trading volume for shares and primary capital certificates Wednesday was approximately 224.4 billion.

Svenska Handelsbanken ser. A closed at 99.50 kronor after a huge loss of 12.1 percent. The stock has never lost more in one day since we started measuring this Jul 11. 1997. The volume was also high. At session end it was bought and sold shares for about 3415 million kronor in the stock, which equals six times mean daily turnover. The stock is trend wise positive in the medium term.
Atlas Copco A ended with a solid gain of 8.4 percent and closed at 193 kronor. The previous time the stock gained this much was Apr 27. 2023, when it closed up 14.5 percent. Atlas Copco B ended with a solid gain of 8.2 percent and closed at 166 kronor. We must go back to Apr 27. 2023 to find an equally strong rise. That time the stock gained 12.8 percent. Technically it also looks good. The stock is trend wise positive in the medium term, has support at 140 kronor and a further increase is indicated.
SEB A closed at 145 kronor after a steep drop of 3.7 percent. The stock has never lost more in one day since Oct 25. 2023, when it was down 5.0 percent. The stock is trend wise positive in the medium term.
