Oslo Børs weakly higher Friday

The market showed a small gain Friday, and Hovedindeksen ended the day at 1456 points, which is an increase of 0.3 percent. The week as a whole showed a gain of 0.6 percent. The index has thereby closed up seven out of the past nine days.

184 shares showed a gain and 101 showed a loss. 16 shares were unchanged and closed at the same price as the previous day. There was no trading in 14 shares.

Total value of the trading volume for shares and primary capital certificates Friday was approximately 5.7 billion.

Yara International rose sharply to close at 339 kroner, up 3.7 percent. We must go back to Sep 19. 2024 to find an equally strong rise. That time the stock gained 4.7 percent. The stock has now risen for the fifth day in a row and this past week the stock has gained as much as 9.6 percent. It does, however, not look good technically. The stock is trend wise negative in the medium term and a further decline is indicated.

Autostore was down 6.2 percent to close at 5.05 kroner. This past week the stock has lost as much as 32.7 percent. It does not look good technically either. The stock is trend wise negative in the medium term, has resistance at 9.50 kroner and a further decline is indicated.

SoftOx Solutions rose sharply to close at 0.10 kroner, up 39.4 percent. The previous time the stock gained this much was Mar 21, when it closed up 150.0 percent. It also looks good technically. The stock is trend wise positive in the medium term and a further increase is indicated.

BW LPG ended with a solid gain of 8.3 percent and closed at 108 kroner. The previous time the stock gained this much was Jan 30, when it closed up 8.4 percent. It does, however, not look good technically. The stock is trend wise negative in the medium term and a further decline is indicated.

REC Silicon closed up 22.8 percent to 2.11 kroner. The stock has not closed at a higher price since Dec 2024. This past week the stock has gained as much as 24.2 percent. Technically it also looks good. The stock is assessed as technically slightly positive for the medium long term.
