The market moved up jeudi, and Bel20 (BEL20) ended at 3827 points, which is an increase of 0.8 percent.

64 shares showed a gain and 37 showed a loss. 17 shares were unchanged and closed at the same price as the previous day. There was no trading in 104 shares.

Total value of the trading volume for shares and primary capital certificates jeudi was approximately 0.6 billion.

Lotus Bakeries NV (LOTB) moved up and ended at 9010 euro, which is an increase of 1.6 percent. L'action has not closed higher since février 19. L'action triggered a buy signal by the break up through the resistance at 8990 euro in formation tête-épaules inversée. A further increase to 9420 euro within two months is indicated.
Melexis NV (MELE) developed negatively and fell 2.1 percent to a close of 71.25 euro. L'action has now fallen for the sixth day in a row. It does not look good technically either. L'action is trend wise negative in the medium term and a further decline is indicated.
KBC Groupe NV (KBC) developed positively, and gained 2.0 percent to a close of 70.00 euro. We must go back to mars 2023 to find a higher close for l'action. It also looks good technically. L'action is trend wise positive in the medium term and a further increase is indicated.
Solvay SA (SOLB) closed at 30.65 euro after a gain of 2.9 percent. L'action therby broke above the 30.00 -mark for the first time since décembre 2023. L'action has thereby closed up 17 out of the past 22 days and this past month l'action has gained as much as 31.9 percent. It also looks good technically. L'action is trend wise positive in the medium term and a further increase is indicated.
AVANTIUM (AVTX) fell sharply to close at 2.42 euro, down 6.0 percent. L'action has never lost more in one day since février 6, when it was down 7.0 percent.

Euronext Amsterdam approximately even on jeudi
AEX-index (AEX) moved more or less horizontally on jeudi and closed at 865 points (+0.0 percent).

US 500 falls for the fifth day in a row
The market showed a small loss jeudi, and S&P 500 (SP500) ended the day at 5011 points, which is a decline of 0.2 percent. L'indice has now closed down for the fifth day in a row and this past week l'indice has lost as much as 3.6 percent.
