The market moved up Wednesday, and Hovedindeksen ended at 1328 points, which is an increase of 0.4 percent. The index thereby broke the previous record from Jan 4 and set a new all time high. The index has thereby closed up eight out of the past nine days.

183 shares showed a gain and 99 showed a loss. 27 shares were unchanged and closed at the same price as the previous day. There was no trading in 20 shares.

Total value of the trading volume for shares and primary capital certificates Wednesday was approximately 3.2 billion.

DNB Bank developed positively, and gained 0.8 percent to a close of 215 kroner. We must go back to Jan 22 to find a higher close for the stock. The stock broke up through the resistance at 215 kroner in rectangle formation. This triggered a buy signal and a further increase to 236 kroner within ten months is indicated.
XXL ended with a solid gain of 17.8 percent and closed at 0.94 kroner. We must go back to Oct 11. 2023 to find an equally strong rise. That time the stock gained 62.6 percent. This past week the stock has gained as much as 37.8 percent. It also looks good technically. The stock is assessed as technically positive for the medium long term.
Deep Value Driller closed at 26.50 kroner after a solid gain of 7.9 percent. The previous time the stock gained this much was Jun 17. 2022, when it closed up 15.7 percent. It was also high volume. Overall it was traded for 13 millions kroner in the stock, which is six times as much as normal daily turnover. Technically it also looks good. The stock is trend wise positive in the medium term, has support at 24.50 kroner and a further increase is indicated.
Austevoll Seafood developed positively, and gained 1.4 percent to a close of 85.20 kroner. The stock has not closed at a higher price since Jun 2023. The stock has thereby closed up nine out of the past 11 days and this past month the stock has gained as much as 16.6 percent. It also looks good technically. The stock is trend wise positive in the medium term and a further increase is indicated.
Dolphin Drilling AS closed at 6.63 kroner after a solid gain of 8.3 percent. The previous time the stock gained this much was Dec 22. 2023, when it closed up 13.4 percent. Technically, however, it does not look good. The stock is trend wise negative in the medium term, has resistance at 7.50 kroner and a further decline is indicated.
