Resultat modellporteføljer andre kvartal 2020 (6. juli 2020)

Aksjemarkedet var sterkt påvirket av koronakrisen også i andre kvartal, og Investtechs modellporteføljer ga en gjennomsnittlig avkastning på linje med referanseindeks. Porteføljen for Finland gjorde det imidlertid bedre enn gjennomsnittet og slo indeksen med 5,9 prosentpoeng. I Norge slo porteføljen indeks med 4,5 prosentpoeng.

*Merkavkastning i kvartalet for portefølje før kurtasje i forhold til referanseindeks. Beregnes som prosentpoeng meravkastning hittil i år minus meravkastning per forrige periode.

I hele perioden er det lagt vekt på at aksjene i modellporteføljene skulle gjenspeile markedssammensetningen, og risikoen i porteføljene har vært på linje med markedet.

Investeringsstrategien som brukes kan beskrives i følgende hovedpunkter:

  • Stockpicking, men prøv å ikke gå for langt fra indeks når det gjelder risikoprofil og sektorvalg, i hvert fall når indeks er negativ eller nøytral.
  • Kjøp aksjer i stigende trender på mellomlang/lang sikt, eller ved bekreftede formasjonsbrudd eller brudd på motstand.
  • Vis forsiktighet med kjøp på støtte i fallende markeder. Selg på motstand i fallende markeder. Vis forsiktighet med salg på motstand i stigende markeder. Kjøp på støtte i stigende markeder.
  • La gevinstene løpe, men kutt tapene raskt.

Modellporteføljen

  • Modellporteføljen er en fiktiv portefølje, uten reelle investeringer på børs.
  • Oppdatering gjøres fredager før børsens åpning. Handler gjøres til siste handelsdags sluttkurs, det vil vanligvis si torsdagens sluttkurs.
  • Hver aksje vektes likt og vektene blir rebalansert hver dag.
  • Porteføljens avkastning blir oppdatert hver kveld.
  • Det brukes en kurtasje på 0.2% ved hver handel. Det beregnes ikke kurtasje ved rebalansering av porteføljen.
  • Porteføljeansvarlig er forskningssjef Geir Linløkken.
  • Det markeres med tegnet # når Investtech Invest eller nærstående eier aksjer i selskapet.
