Porteføljestrategi

Mange av Investtechs kunder er svært interessert i porteføljestrategi. Hvordan kan man settes sammen sin egen portefølje og oppnå et godt avkastningspotensiale samtidig som nedsiden begrenses? Hvor mange aksjer skal den inneholde, hvilke karakteristika skal disse ha, og hvor ofte bør den sjekkes? Hvilke svingninger må man regne med på kort sikt og hvilken avkastning kan man regne med på lang sikt? Hvordan tenker Investtech når vi oppdaterer modell- og traderporteføljene våre?

Dette er spørsmål som vi drøfter i kurset "Portefølje- og Tradingstrategi", som vi holder noen ganger i året. Dato for neste kurs er torsdag 28. februar.

Vi har nå også laget fyldige beskrivelser av hvilken strategi som ligger til grunn for Modellporteføljen og for Traderporteføljen. Disse tekstene kan du lese nederst på sidene for modellporteføljen og traderporteføljen.

Den største forskjellen mellom porteføljene er at modellporteføljen er relativt langsiktig, med god sektorspredning og moderat risiko, mens traderporteføljen gjør kortsiktige investeringer i risikofulle aksjer for å oppnå et stort avkastningspotensiale. Se forøvrig i faktaboksene til høyre på denne siden, samt fullstendig beskrivelse på porteføljesidene.

Vi tror det kan være vanskelig å følge porteføljene direkte. Og for de fleste er heller ikke det ønskelig. Alle investorer har forskjellige syn på ønsket likviditet, volatilitetsrisiko, oppsidepotensial, langsiktighet, hyppighet av handel, favorittsignaler, bruk av fundamentale tilleggsanalyse med mer.
