US 500 weakly lower Thursday

The stock has now closed up for the eighth day in a row and this past week the stock has gained as much as 6.82 percent. Technically it also looks good. The stock is trend wise positive in the medium term, has broken up through the resistance at 320 $ and a further increase is indicated.
Exxon Mobil Corporation (XOM) ended with a steep loss of 4.13 percent and closed at 41.36 $. This past week the stock has lost as much as 5.38 percent. It does not look good technically either. The stock is trend wise negative in the medium term and a further decline is indicated.
Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. (WBA) fell sharply to close at 39.01 $, down 7.76 percent. We must go back to Jun 11 to find an equally steep drop. That time the stock lost 7.97 percent. The volume was also high. At session end it was bought and sold shares for about 1123 million $ in the stock, which equals five times mean daily turnover. Nor technically does it look good. The stock is trend wise negative in the medium term and a further decline is indicated.
Mohawk Industries, Inc. (MHK) closed at 73.12 $ after posting a loss of 19.99 percent. We must go back to Mar 18 to find an equally steep drop. That time the stock lost 24.25 percent.
